I seen this video the other day & it blew my mind watching TEMPT using his eyes to draw digital graffiti!! For those living in a cave, legendary LA graffiti writer, Tony Quan, aka TEMPT ONE was diagnosed with ALS in 2003, a disease which has left him almost completely physically paralyzed except for his eyes.. An international team of researchers & developers are working together to create a low-cost, open source eye-tracking system that will allow ALS patients to draw using just their eyes..

(Q) How long have you been taking photos of graffiti & what interests you to do so??

(A) I’ve been shooting graffiti for about 5 years now.. I was attracted to the color combos & styles that were out here in LA.. I grew up in Riverside County & all I ever really saw was tagging.. There wasn’t anything close to what I would see out here in LA when I’d come visit my family.. So I started taking pictures to document what I was seeing when I’d come out.. I started sharing pictures on message boards & what not, & people would start looking forward to seeing new stuff.. So it became a mission for me to show people the dope ass graffiti that I would find in LA.. I was able to update more frequently when I moved out here three years ago..

I can’t believe the year 2010 is finally here!! It’s the beginning of a new decade but most importantly it’s a new chapter in all of our lives.. Anyway, I had a great time last night with family, close friends & new friends.. We ended up goin to 2 different parties & I drank 1 too many Coronas & a couple glasses of Champagne which kept me in bed from 6am to 4pm!!

So here it is, the brand NEW Aerosol Fiends.. A couple features aren’t ready to go live just yet but it’s a shit load of work for 1 person to do on top of my freelance work so please bare with me.. I wanna give a big shout out to @taxfreelife for programing the wordpress theme to match my design & layout.. Also I wanna thank everyone on Flickr for being down with AF & contributing photos for The Daily Fix.. AF is gonna be a work in progress but I think it’s dope that everyone can watch the progression day by day into the future.. Stay up & keep it moven!! FTW
